Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in workplace design, commercial interiors, or architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple design projects from concept through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of interior planning, design development, and project execution.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience creating space plans, furniture layouts, finish selections, and renderings.
  • Ability to interpret workplace standards and branding requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 25%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive design packages including space plans, furniture layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Apply workplace strategy principles to create functional and aesthetically aligned interior environments.
  • Develop and refine design concepts through test fits and iterative planning.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, life-safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
  • Present design concepts and updates to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and furniture vendors.
  • Coordinate furniture selections, specifications, and installation planning.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets.
