Requirements

- Excellent organizational skills, discipline, and ability to execute projects effectively.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, software development lifecycle stages, and delivery practices.
- Experience working with project management tools, including Azure DevOps and MS Project.
- Experience creating and monitoring project schedules using PERT/CPM diagrams, critical path analysis, and best practices.
- Knowledge of project management metrics for both agile and traditional methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and manage technology projects from initiation through completion.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, objectives, and deliverables are achieved.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Act as a facilitator and point of contact between different teams and departments.
- Conduct agile ceremonies and support the adoption of agile project management practices.
- Prepare executive, management, and client reports with relevant project insights.
- Manage project documentation, schedules, risks, and performance indicators.
- Support decision-making processes through analysis, organization, and effective communication.
