Responsibilities
- Analyze purchase and service requests to approve legitimate transactions and prevent fraud-related losses.
- Perform telephone authentication with customers in Portuguese and English when additional verification is required.
- Evaluate requests with different levels of risk, from low-risk reviews to more complex fraud investigations.
- Execute large-scale transaction analyses while maintaining accuracy and productivity goals.
- Perform secondary reviews, reanalyses, priority assessments, and customer-specific monitoring activities.
- Support customer service requests related to analysis prioritization and case handling.
- Participate in meetings focused on process improvements, operational alignment, and professional development.
- Follow established procedures while contributing ideas to improve fraud prevention strategies and workflows.
