Requirements
- 7 years in technical project or program management delivering cross-team software and infrastructure programs.
- Technical literacy including understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to map critical paths, manage dependencies, and keep complex programs on schedule.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones.
- Excellent written communication skills for translating technical status into executive updates.
- Ad-tech or programmatic advertising experience (strong plus).
- Track record of standing up project/program management processes (bonus).
- PMP, PgMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-team coordination to sequence work and clear dependencies across frontend, backend, data engineering, ML, and SRE teams.
- Own program delivery end to end for initiatives including platform projects, internal tooling, infrastructure work, and product launches.
- Maintain project plans and milestones, track and mitigate technical and delivery risks, and report status to leadership.
- Manage intake and capacity by running triage in the Jira request portal.
- Facilitate a Scrum-of-Scrums-style forum to execute against agreed priorities.
- Surface tradeoffs between competing products using data to inform leadership decision-making.
