Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating production web applications.
- Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience with ORMs such as Prisma.
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, including security and operational best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
- Ability to work across the full software ecosystem from application to infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into technical specifications for AI-assisted development.
- Design and develop backend domain services including business workflows, pricing logic, and payment functionality.
- Modernize legacy business rules from Java and PL/SQL into test-driven architectures.
- Build financial-grade systems with audit trails, access controls, and reproducible calculations.
- Deliver end-to-end capabilities across APIs, database integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain code quality through reviews, automated testing, and secure CI/CD practices.
