Job Details

7–10+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within a consulting environment or cross-functional product development team.
Proven experience architecting, building, maintaining, and scaling modern software applications across multiple platforms.
Strong background developing consumer-facing web and mobile applications, with expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
Experience designing and implementing APIs, creating API specifications, and managing complex system integrations.
Ability to build and maintain DevOps solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and automation workflows.
Strong scripting experience with technologies such as Unix shell, Ruby, Perl, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including VPNs, SSH, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting network-related issues.
Strong security mindset with the ability to identify risks and design resilient solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage client expectations, influence technical decisions, and motivate teams toward successful delivery.

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable software solutions tailored to client objectives and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and integrate APIs to enable seamless communication between systems while improving application performance and reliability.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineering teams, conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and guiding architectural decisions.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, communicate technical approaches, and adapt solutions based on evolving needs.
Design, configure, and maintain DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to support reliable software releases.
Investigate technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions while minimizing project disruptions.
Adapt across different types of projects, including software architecture, API development, DevOps initiatives, and ongoing engineering support.
Promote engineering excellence by sharing knowledge, exploring emerging technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
