Requirements
- Solid experience editing story-driven videos (not just talking-head or screen-recording cuts)
- A great feel for pacing and rhythm
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Experience using AI image and video tools to generate high-quality AI footage
- Comfortable with tutorial stuff (screen recordings, on-screen text, animations)
- Real knowledge of AI tools and concepts to edit content accurately
- Able to work in CET timezone
- Ability to adhere to an exclusivity clause
Responsibilities
- Edit YouTube videos (typically 8–12 minutes) that are engaging, fast-paced, and highly watchable.
- Turn educational AI content into story-driven videos with strong pacing, build-up, and satisfying payoffs.
- Create dynamic edits using motion graphics, animations, sound design, and visual effects to maximize viewer retention.
- Integrate screen recordings, captions, callouts, and on-screen graphics to make tutorials easy to follow.
- Use AI-generated images and videos to enhance storytelling and create visually compelling content.
- Collaborate closely with the team to continuously improve video quality and audience engagement.
