Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued POs.
- Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery within customer expectations.
- Lead open order management to ensure expedient and accurate delivery.
- Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
- Resolve issues proactively at both customer and supplier levels.
- Source products via advantageous pricing through vendor programs.
- Assist customers with returns, inquiries, and information requests.
- Support the sales team with quoting.
- Offer add-on opportunities such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, and accessories.
