Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience (preferred).
- Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic (preferred).
- Prior launch experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Educate healthcare providers on the product and drive compliant product utilization.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, and access information effectively.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional field partners to support customer needs and territory goals.
