  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
  • Educate healthcare providers on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze territory trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors.
  • Operate with high integrity and in full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
