Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory (up to 60%).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification.
- Drive product adoption and utilization within the assigned territory to meet sales goals.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and field partners to support customer needs.
- Share market intelligence, competitive updates, and best practices with internal teams.
