Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Educate healthcare providers on product clinical data, value, and appropriate patient identification.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with field partners like Field Reimbursement Managers and Regional Business Directors to support customer needs.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
