Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
- At least 3+ years working extensively on GCP.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or Java/Scala.
- Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow/Apache Beam, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer (Airflow), and Cloud Functions.
- Experience in building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience optimizing query performance on cloud platforms.
- Understanding of data modeling, partitioning, and schema design for analytical workloads.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Terraform, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and analytical architectures within the GCP ecosystem.
- Assess, plan, and drive enterprise migration programs across data, applications, and cloud platforms.
- Modernize technology landscapes for clients.
- Optimize legacy systems to enable scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Align technical solutions with business goals.
