Requirements
- 4+ years building GenAI / LLM-powered systems from prototype to production.
- Experience as a tech lead, mentor, or coach for a team of engineers.
- Strong Python experience with a track record of clean, maintainable production code.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral).
- Familiarity with search, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and agents.
- Knowledge of LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse) and model evaluation.
- Solid grasp of Machine Learning fundamentals, experimentation, and model lifecycle.
- Experience leading initiatives where performance, reliability, and accuracy are paramount.
- Product-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent English (B2 level or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Drive technical vision for AI in the product and coach AI engineers.
- Set technical direction and own high-level architectural decisions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI features from design to production.
- Optimize systems for cost, latency, reliability, and scale.
- Lead performance reviews and career path assessments for AI engineers.
- Share best practices and drive process improvements across the squad.
