Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical success, delivery, or solutions role supporting complex technical products
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder technical projects without direct authority
- Understanding of the ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and search/retrieval systems fundamentals
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into business impact for executives while engaging hands-on with developers
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience delivering solutions in cloud-native Kubernetes environments (nice to have)
- Prior experience in a technical engineering role (nice to have)
- Familiarity with semantic search, RAG, or agentic AI architectures (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact after the sale, coordinating across Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support teams
- Guide customers through implementation, ensuring they effectively use vector search and related AI capabilities to solve real-world problems
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical health checks to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
- Manage expectations across multiple concurrent customer projects, aligning timelines, resources, and technical priorities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ensure QBRs and executive check-ins deliver meaningful value for both the customer and the company
- Act as the escalation manager for critical technical issues, mobilizing internal teams to resolve blockers in high-stakes deployments
- Aggregate customer feedback and field insights to influence product and engineering roadmaps
