Requirements
- Strong understanding of design, color, light, volume, perspective, and spatial thinking.
- Proven experience in the iGaming or slots genre.
- Ability to work independently, manage timeframes, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Confident spoken English level for communication and teamwork.
- Proficiency in AI art tools such as Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, or Midjourney.
- Ability to perform sophisticated prompt design and parameter control.
- Advanced manual drawing and foundational art skills that exceed AI-only output.
- Ability to present a portfolio showing commercial work, personal sketches, and shipped projects.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday or JIRA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spine 2D or 3D block-out software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draw consistent sets of symbols with clear visual hierarchy and mobile readability.
- Create deep, atmospheric backgrounds that manage player focus and guide the eye to reels.
- Design charismatic characters and prepare assets for animation, including visual upgrades.
- Design intuitive in-game UI, pop-ups, and features that are both evocative and highly functional.
- Use AI tools to draft concepts, expand variations, and create an efficient production pipeline.
- Post-fix and perform high-resolution upscaling of AI-generated assets.
