Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET.
- In-depth understanding of distributed system architectural principles and patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
- Experience with Kafka.
- Skilled in system resilience and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and Terraform.
- Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Must be able to use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot extensively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems while influencing technical strategy.
- Own the delivery of large-scale features and projects across multiple teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and senior engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Design stakeholders to balance quality, performance, and timelines.
- Ensure implementation of high-quality, resilient, and scalable distributed systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident management for critical production issues.
- Enhance development practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and test automation.
- Coordinate cross-team technical initiatives to ensure service consistency.
- Use AI coding agents like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily workflows.
- Participate in on-call duties.
