Requirements
- Executed, planned, and maintained multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing accounts of $200k+ USD media spend per month.
- Proven track record of consistently positive ROI across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
- Experience directly collaborating with and delegating to junior team members as a senior account manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Experience managing performance media across diverse business verticals and sizes.
- Responsible for pacing, forecasting, and reporting the impact of performance media on business goals.
- Successfully managed client and stakeholder relationships via regular meetings and presentations.
- Ability to communicate complex marketing concepts like incrementality, attribution, and business economics.
- Expertise in giving feedback and addressing performance challenges proactively.
Responsibilities
- Lead research, media planning, and strategic roadmaps across mid-sized projects.
- Mobilize internal teams and work alongside them from inception through execution and optimization.
- Report to stakeholders on key performance indicators.
- Lead high-impact client relationship drivers such as onboards and business reviews.
- Proactively monitor client sentiment and address challenges and opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor junior staff to support their professional development.
- Optimize people and project allocation using business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support to drive departmental growth initiatives.
