Requirements

Responsibilities
- Define and implement delivery structures, processes, and team operating models that support successful client engagements.
- Lead project planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, user needs, and business objectives.
- Guide cross-functional teams through product discovery, delivery, and adoption phases, helping transform ideas into valuable digital solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by understanding their goals, challenges, constraints, and organizational context.
- Apply agile delivery practices to support iterative development, continuous improvement, and predictable outcomes.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing changes in scope, requirements, and priorities.
