Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration experience.
- Proven experience in the design and execution of ServiceNow implementations, ideally Customer or Creator Workflows.
- Expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience with Service Portal, Integration Hub, or REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with AppEngine Studio.
- Frontend development skills including HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Engage as the architect on projects to set and execute technical direction.
- Participate in and lead design, requirement, or technical workshops.
- Oversee and participate in development, testing, and deployment activities for enterprise clients.
- Manage all technical deliverables related to ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead/architect.
- Advocate for the ServosGov public sector offering.
- Serve as an expert in ServiceNow best practices.
