Requirements
- Licensed or formally trained in psychiatry, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatric nursing, or related mental health fields.
- Experience in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, or risk assessment.
- Proven experience working in crisis centers, helplines, or other mental health support environments.
- Ability to perform clinical evaluation and role-play tasks with professional rigor.
- Capacity to provide structured, evidence-based feedback on AI safety and crisis-response practices.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Portuguese.
- Must be comfortable dealing with sensitive topics, including emotional distress, suicidal ideation, and depression.
Responsibilities
- Conduct role-play sessions as a clinically informed persona across multi-turn conversations.
- Evaluate AI responses for safety, empathy, clinical appropriateness, and risk handling.
- Provide structured written feedback grounded in clinical reasoning.
- Flag responses that miss risk signals, provide unsafe guidance, or fall short of best-practice crisis communication.
