Requirements
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience at the Senior Controller, Director, or VP level.
- Experience in multi-site healthcare, veterinary, or professional services organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading finance process automation or AI implementation (RPA, forecasting, intelligent document processing).
- Expertise in multi-entity financial consolidation, GAAP reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close processes.
- Strong background in FP&A, treasury, accounts payable, and payroll oversight.
- Experience supporting M&A due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration.
- Proficiency with modern ERP platforms (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks); NetSuite preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling to support growth.
- Lead the identification and implementation of AI-powered tools for accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Partner with IT and data teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into ERP and FP&A systems.
- Manage consolidated financial statements, GAAP compliance, external audits, and tax reporting.
- Oversee multi-site financial standardization, cash flow, treasury, and capital planning.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration planning for new partner clinic acquisitions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, including accounts payable and payroll staff.
- Provide financial reporting and actionable insights to the CEO, board, and investors.
