Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role with a proven track record in operations.
  • Proven experience in district management for owned retail stores.
  • Exceptional people leadership and motivation skills to drive collaboration.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal German and English.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills at a global level.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex issues.
  • Willingness and availability to travel.
  • Ability to work weekends or holidays occasionally based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, succession planning, and promoting a culture of accountability.
  • Drive regional performance by analyzing metrics to meet sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
  • Champion a consistent, brand-aligned guest experience across all stores to foster loyalty.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Community teams to execute brand activations and events.
  • Collaborate across business functions including Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and People to ensure consistent retail execution.
  • Use data and analytical insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and create actionable plans.
  • Represent Arc’teryx externally by building relationships with retail partners and local outdoor communities.
