Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role with a proven track record in operations.
- Proven experience in district management for owned retail stores.
- Exceptional people leadership and motivation skills to drive collaboration.
- Fluency in both written and verbal German and English.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills at a global level.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex issues.
- Willingness and availability to travel.
- Ability to work weekends or holidays occasionally based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, succession planning, and promoting a culture of accountability.
- Drive regional performance by analyzing metrics to meet sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
- Champion a consistent, brand-aligned guest experience across all stores to foster loyalty.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Community teams to execute brand activations and events.
- Collaborate across business functions including Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and People to ensure consistent retail execution.
- Use data and analytical insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and create actionable plans.
- Represent Arc’teryx externally by building relationships with retail partners and local outdoor communities.
