Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or platform engineering, including experience as a senior IC or technical lead.
- Hands-on AWS infrastructure management (VPCs, EC2, Kubernetes, load balancers, firewalls, WAF, and network ACLs).
- Strong full-stack development skills in C# and T-SQL.
- Proven experience building services with ServiceStack and LLBLGen ORM.
- Experience with Vue, HTML, and CSS, and ability to troubleshoot full-stack layers.
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (kubectl, YAML).
- Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB/DocumentDB, and event-based message-driven systems.
- Proficiency with Git-based source control workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead complex technical decisions.
- Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Devin is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Umbraco and Identity Server is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain AWS services including VPCs, EC2 instances, Kubernetes clusters, and network security controls.
- Manage Jenkins jobs and CI/CD pipelines to produce deployment artifacts and maintain Kubernetes configurations.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications in C#, T-SQL, Vue, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and maintain core application services using ServiceStack and LLBLGen ORM.
- Design and support event-based, message-driven architecture using MassTransit, SQS, RabbitMQ, or Apache MQ.
- Apply and evaluate AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality.
- Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and partner with leadership on technical direction and releases.
