8+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or platform engineering, including experience as a senior IC or technical lead.
Hands-on AWS infrastructure management (VPCs, EC2, Kubernetes, load balancers, firewalls, WAF, and network ACLs).
Strong full-stack development skills in C# and T-SQL.
Proven experience building services with ServiceStack and LLBLGen ORM.
Experience with Vue, HTML, and CSS, and ability to troubleshoot full-stack layers.
CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (kubectl, YAML).
Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB/DocumentDB, and event-based message-driven systems.
Proficiency with Git-based source control workflows.
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead complex technical decisions.
Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Devin is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Umbraco and Identity Server is a plus.

Configure and maintain AWS services including VPCs, EC2 instances, Kubernetes clusters, and network security controls.
Manage Jenkins jobs and CI/CD pipelines to produce deployment artifacts and maintain Kubernetes configurations.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications in C#, T-SQL, Vue, HTML, and CSS.
Build and maintain core application services using ServiceStack and LLBLGen ORM.
Design and support event-based, message-driven architecture using MassTransit, SQS, RabbitMQ, or Apache MQ.
Apply and evaluate AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality.
Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and partner with leadership on technical direction and releases.
