Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience.
- Fluent in English with the ability to handle English emails and calls.
- Ability to stay calm and rational when dealing with urgent issues or complaints.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify core problems and propose solutions.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and utilizing tools to improve productivity.
- Attention to detail and observation skills.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Experience with customer service tools like Intercom or Elevio is a plus.
- Proficiency in French, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Address user inquiries via email and online support channels.
- Manage and prioritize high volumes of daily messages.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and suggest service improvements.
- Optimize existing support processes to increase efficiency in handling repetitive tasks.
- Update and maintain FAQ documentation.
