Requirements

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify core problems and propose solutions.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning and utilizing tools to improve productivity.
  • Attention to detail and observation skills.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Experience with customer service tools like Intercom or Elevio is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Address user inquiries via email and online support channels.
  • Manage and prioritize high volumes of daily messages.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and suggest service improvements.
  • Optimize existing support processes to increase efficiency in handling repetitive tasks.
  • Update and maintain FAQ documentation.
