Requirements
- Independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LICSW) required.
- 3+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience.
- Crisis line experience required.
- Experience working on global teams required.
- English language fluency required.
- Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking.
- Flexibility for occasional shift changes and availability to work holidays.
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of shift.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Clinical Care Navigator calls and activities.
- Monitor Slack care operations channels to assist clinical, care support, and provider operations teams.
- Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services.
- Assist with outreach and follow-up for escalated situations.
- Coordinate training and mentoring of new and existing team members.
- Monitor multiple system views, phone, and chat queue availability.
- Problem-solve high-touch, escalated, sensitive calls, and crisis situations.
- Facilitate team meetings and assist with system issues or outages.
