Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, high-quality virtual meetings with working families to review their benefits and protection programs.
- Translate complex benefit information into clear, easy-to-understand solutions tailored to each family's unique needs.
- Open, update, and manage client accounts accurately using our digital CRM platform with strong attention to detail.
- Process application documents in strict alignment with established provincial guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Participate daily in virtual team coaching, skill workshops, and collaborative training modules.
- Work alongside a supportive, remote team to meet collective service excellence goals.
