Responsibilities
- Screen candidates and conduct virtual interviews to assess talent and cultural alignment.
- Support the onboarding of new team members into company culture and training systems.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Resolve customer and candidate concerns efficiently.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable services or programs.
