Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production web systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Codex or Claude Code on real-world codebases.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
- Solid grasp of security fundamentals for production environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Decompose complex problems into specifications for AI agents and perform rigorous human review of generated code.
- Build and maintain vertical slices of capability including React frontends, Node services, Prisma schemas, and AWS infrastructure.
- Design and own user experiences for complex, data-dense policy workflows and multi-step wizards.
- Develop and maintain a React/TypeScript component library with built-in accessibility (Section 508/WCAG).
- Maintain production standards through Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated CI scans, and Playwright end-to-end testing.
- Operate in a continuous shipping environment to deliver incremental changes to stakeholders.
- Share technical knowledge through documentation, demos, and pairing sessions.
