Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production web systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and security fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Decompose complex problems into precise specifications that AI agents can implement.
- Build and maintain vertical slices of capability including React frontends, Node services, Prisma schemas, and AWS infrastructure.
- Own the user experience for complex, policy-laden workflows.
- Develop and maintain a React/TypeScript component library with built-in accessibility.
- Maintain production software through Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated CI scans, and Playwright end-to-end testing.
- Ship small, reviewable changes in an always-green main branch environment.
- Share knowledge through documentation, demos, and pairing to improve team engineering and AI rules.
