Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in software development using Java
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures using Java
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- Experience working with big data applications using advanced SQL capabilities
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar agents
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Work with a group of talented engineers providing innovative solutions to Cellular Networks problems
- Design and implement complex algorithms
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
- Work in an AI-native engineering environment that uses modern coding agents and spec-driven development
