Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of focused frontend development experience with React.
- Deep understanding of React internals (hooks, context, rendering, performance optimization).
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES2020+).
- Solid understanding of browser fundamentals (DOM, CSS, HTTP, caching, security).
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience owning backend layers using Node.js.
- Familiarity with state management patterns and tools.
- Proficiency in frontend testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end feature development, from UI/UX design translation to production rollout.
- Build and maintain high-quality, performant, and accessible React-based web applications.
- Manage the full lifecycle of frontend-heavy features, including backend APIs and services.
- Participate in system architecture planning for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into production-ready experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex frontend performance, rendering, and API integration issues.
- Write maintainable code with test coverage and conduct code reviews.
- Apply best practices in frontend engineering, accessibility, and web performance.
