  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with exposure to customers ranging from C-level executives to end-users.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing $1M+ TCV software deals.
  • Experience selling to owners, developers, or investors within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong hunter-mentality with a strategic approach to qualification and revenue pursuit.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple entities and stakeholder interests.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep interest in the healthcare, mission-critical, and construction technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical value propositions into business outcomes.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and highly self-motivated approach to sales execution.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment across diverse roles and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Buildots’ customer base by identifying and closing net new business with Healthcare Owners, Developers, and Owners’ Representatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to final contract closure.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Generate pipeline by actively networking at industry conferences, tradeshows, and meetups.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects by articulating the specific value of Buildots technology to their business needs.
  • Advocate for customer requirements by channeling feedback to internal product, engineering, and customer success teams.
