Requirements
- Senior or expert-level experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience within ITSM.
- Hands-on experience with Domain Separation, Scripted APIs, and Workspaces in ServiceNow.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level).
- Experience working in international environments with diverse stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business and operational needs.
- Build and maintain custom configurations, including work with domain separation, scripted APIs, and workspaces.
- Improve existing ServiceNow ITSM modules by adding new features and optimising existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and international stakeholders to refine requirements and propose technical approaches.
- Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments, identifying root causes, and proposing fixes.
