Requirements

  • Proven experience in account, contract, or programme management within the automotive sector.
  • Ideal experience supporting a vehicle manufacturer body & paint programme.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing contract performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary operational, technical, and project teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience developing customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and Board members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
  • High standard of written communication, grammar, and document production.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated, proactive approach with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact and account owner for vehicle manufacturer Body & Paint programmes.
  • Ensure delivery against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and commercial terms.
  • Lead regular account and contract performance reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional operational and project teams to deliver programme objectives.
  • Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring resolution and clear communication.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, new business, and value-added service expansion.
  • Support the development of commercial proposals and business cases.
