Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in an e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for tasks like content generation or workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and human-sounding copy.
- Strong knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and website optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis to determine what drives sales.
- Experience managing marketing projects from conception to completion.
- Proven experience collaborating with designers and developers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to work for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours.
Responsibilities
- Build and run marketing strategies that support business goals.
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects from idea, launch, to improvement.
- Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Review design work and provide feedback to ensure brand alignment and conversion.
- Conduct QA on landing pages including UX and flow checks.
- Execute A/B testing to improve website conversion rates.
- Coordinate with developers to roll out website updates.
- Perform customer research to identify pain points and scaling opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows and test ideas faster.
