Requirements
- Deep understanding of API design (RESTful, GraphQL) and best practices for secure, scalable APIs.
- Strong experience in web-application backend development (PHP, Java, Python, or Go).
- Eagerness to use PHP as a daily driver.
- Experience building products where developers are the primary customers.
- Familiarity with end-to-end software development and exposure to React.
- Skilled in writing unit and integration tests.
- Solid grasp of error handling, logging, and observability.
- Experience in contract and interface definition.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and component composition best practices.
- Thrive in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement hyperscaling solutions to third party systems.
- Increase the extensibility of systems and support external developers through documentation.
- Build and refine API interfaces and service communications.
- Collaborate across teams to create efficient contracts and interfaces.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions while proactively resolving issues.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering from discovery to delivery.
- Coach and mentor fellow engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
