Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving QoS (Quality of Service) issues, including escalations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and evaluate situational urgency.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to remain efficient while following standard processes.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide friendly, diplomatic feedback.
  • Proven desire to document and report customer trends to improve support processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer issues using technical and diplomatic skills and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Resolve complex technical problems by working with developers, architects, and support personnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and report reproducible bugs by filing JIRAs.
  • Review and contribute to internal knowledge bases and external technical resources.
  • Perform duties in a 24x7 support model, potentially including irregular shifts, weekends, and holidays.
