Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, with a track record of leading programs for enterprise or technology brands.
  • Experience building and scaling strategic content programs, including editorial frameworks and messaging systems.
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing or mentoring writers.
  • Deep understanding of B2B audiences, particularly technical and executive buyers within cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology markets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and client management skills.
  • Experience measuring and optimizing B2B content performance using metrics like engagement and pipeline influence.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end content strategy for Amazon Web Services, developing scalable programs across white papers, thought leadership, solution briefs, case studies, and editorial content.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, content architecture, and editorial processes that create consistency across solution areas, audience segments, and content programs.
  • Partner directly with AWS stakeholders to facilitate strategic planning sessions and shape editorial priorities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of B2B copywriters, providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching.
  • Define success metrics and performance frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of content programs and optimize based on data.
