Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine.
- Active board certification in Family Medicine.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
- Active medical licenses in at least one of CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
- Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in 5 additional states is strongly preferred.
- Availability to work weekends and assigned holidays.
- Understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements for physician collaboration.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet access.
- Comfort working with AI-driven clinical tools.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients.
- Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions.
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight, chart review, and mentorship.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives.
