Requirements
- Extensive professional experience building backend services with Go in production environments.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems design, including workflow execution, persistence models, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience designing or contributing to large-scale release orchestration, deployment automation, or continuous delivery systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, including deployment strategies such as blue/green and canary releases.
- Strong understanding of GitOps practices and modern software delivery workflows.
- Experience implementing policy-driven governance within software delivery systems.
- Ability to translate complex technical architectures into actionable engineering plans.
- Experience using AI tools effectively as part of daily engineering workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation and asynchronous collaboration habits.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage priorities, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution for continuous delivery platform initiatives by breaking down complex architectures into clear, achievable engineering plans.
- Design, build, and improve backend services using Go, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Solve advanced engineering problems related to distributed systems, workflow execution, state management, and event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical proposals, and long-term platform strategy.
- Establish and maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance.
- Mentor engineers across different experience levels and help them develop stronger technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to align solutions and drive successful product outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support platform reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and development workflows.
