Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in application development or related technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent US-recognized education.
  • Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate workflows end-to-end.
  • Experience designing intake processes, approval workflows, notifications, and automated routing solutions.
  • Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository, including metadata, libraries, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and integration with Power Automate.
  • Ability to create polished and user-friendly interfaces for executive and non-technical users.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including requirements gathering and solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and automated workflows from initial requirements through deployment.
  • Design solutions supporting records management, conference requests, standard operating procedures, and related business processes.
  • Configure workflow automation, approval processes, task routing, notifications, audit trails, and role-based access controls.
  • Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, maintenance, enhancements, and operational support.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, transparency, and compliance through effective information management practices.
  • Create reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboards and data export solutions.
  • Configure SharePoint environments as structured repositories with metadata, libraries, and permissions.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders through requirements gathering, demonstrations, and milestone reviews.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery.
