Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
- Strong expertise in Dataverse (Common Data Service), data modeling, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure services, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC environments.
- Strong understanding of development practices such as CI/CD, code reviews, coding standards, and collaborative engineering.
- Proven ability to lead technical architecture decisions and solve complex engineering challenges independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience mentoring or coaching developers and promoting engineering best practices.
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adopt emerging technologies, including AI-driven development tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
- Define and govern solution architecture, integration patterns, data models (including Dataverse), and development standards across teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architectural leadership and technical direction across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and modern software development standards.
- Design and implement integrated solutions across cloud platforms, enabling seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies such as AI Builder, Copilot, and Azure AI services to enhance solution capabilities.
- Mentor and guide developers, promoting continuous learning, quality, and consistent delivery excellence.
- Monitor industry trends in enterprise platforms and assess their relevance to evolving technical strategy.
