Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining REST API integrations, including reading API documentation, writing integration code, and troubleshooting issues.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or backend programming language such as Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with authentication methods including OAuth 2.0, API keys, SAML, and SSO integrations.
- Strong understanding of data migration, automation, JSON/XML transformations, webhooks, and integration workflows.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects to completion independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and async-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements discovery and technical planning through configuration, integrations, testing, and customer handoff.
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand their vendor risk management processes, data sources, workflows, and business objectives.
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation strategies.
- Configure TPRM workflows, including vendor assessments, risk scoring models, approval processes, notification rules, and reporting structures.
- Build and maintain REST API integrations with customer systems such as procurement platforms, GRC solutions, identity providers, and internal data sources.
- Develop scripts, automation tools, and lightweight solutions to support data migration, bulk imports, and ongoing data synchronization.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality.
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying product gaps, integration challenges, and improvement opportunities for Product and Engineering teams.
