Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, Education, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role working with complex digital products.
- Experience with B2B products, SaaS solutions, ERP platforms, or educational technology products.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs and writing initiatives, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with backlog refinement, prioritization, estimation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of business process mapping, business analysis, and BPMN.
- Experience with product discovery practices and impact analysis.
- Ability to manage dependencies and support decision-making through product metrics and data analysis.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and evolution of the ERP platform, ensuring priorities align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlog, defining initiatives, epics, features, and user stories following best practices such as INVEST.
- Create clear, objective, and measurable acceptance criteria to guide development and validation processes.
- Support product discovery activities and prioritization based on value, risks, impact, and strategic goals.
- Lead refinement sessions with multidisciplinary teams and participate actively in agile ceremonies.
- Map business processes, including academic, financial, regulatory, and integration requirements.
- Act as the main connection between Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Support, and business stakeholders.
- Validate squad deliveries and ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality expectations.
- Monitor roadmap execution, releases, dependencies, and product performance indicators.
- Communicate risks proactively and support strategic decisions through data and product metrics.
