Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.)
- Proven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
- Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate well with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and as a technical team member.
- Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers.
- Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
