Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems.
- Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end and driving them to measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams, even without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence through clarity and logic.
- High ownership mindset and ability to see gaps as personal responsibility.
- Excitement for early-stage environments where priorities shift and impact is visible.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI, or capital-intensive businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve Nscale’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges.
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and clear recommendations.
- Support key growth initiatives, including market expansion, capacity planning, and organisational scaling.
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects, from initial concept through to execution and impact.
- Translate strategy into concrete action plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.
- Build alignment across diverse teams including People, Product, Commercial, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations.
- Identify gaps in processes or tooling and design systems that improve organizational execution.
- Rapidly develop context across business models, cost drivers, and technical stacks to act as a thought partner to leaders.
