Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience, or Master’s with 4 years, Ph.D. with 1 year, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience supporting EHS programs within a large company environment.
- Experience leading projects with a strong understanding of technology systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, gathering requirements, and facilitating sessions.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, databases, data structure, and queries.
- Experience with Benchmark/Gensuite software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster team building and drive initiative buy-in.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to drive programs and improvements across a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the EHS safety management system.
- Manage and advance the DriveSafe program, ensuring effective implementation and performance tracking.
- Oversee driver scorecard development, reporting, and analysis to improve fleet safety performance.
- Develop and deliver standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
- Lead and manage EHS-related projects from initiation through completion, including stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with EHS, operations, IT, and leadership teams to align reporting tools with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes using data-driven insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of EHS data through governance and auditing.
- Support the implementation and optimization of EHS technologies and platforms.
- Provide guidance and training to users on EHS systems and reporting tools.
