Requirements
- 2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support.

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Knowledge of basic database management and document control practices.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Organize and categorize digital files and documents systematically.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
- Manage email correspondence, meeting schedules, and task coordination.
- Support various administrative and virtual assistant tasks for multiple departments.
- Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through virtual platforms.
