Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical or presales role with a focus on cloud technology.
- Strong understanding of virtualisation, networking, storage, and security concepts.
- Knowledge of opensource OpenStack or VMware technologies.
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking and security solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Security or Security Operations.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Hybrid Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
- Design comprehensive hybrid cloud architectures incorporating Brightsolid Cloud and Cisco solutions.
- Produce customer solutions that align with commercial budgets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Security and Hybrid Cloud technologies.
- Assist with the strategy and development of future technology and product solutions.
- Conduct customer discovery to scope existing technology solutions.
- Own the architecture during the implementation of solutions, working with project and engineering teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends to share knowledge with the team.
